She has a strong understanding of the complexities involved in managing strata communities and leads the team with a focus on efficient processes, compliance and consistent service.

Her role includes supporting staff, overseeing operational systems and ensuring the department maintains clear communication and reliable management across a diverse range of schemes. Erin works closely with committees, owners and stakeholders and provides practical guidance on day‑to‑day and long‑term strata matters.
