Ebony has been part of Ian McNamee & Partners for more than six years and is a key member of the Strata Department. She supports the management of strata communities with a focus on clear communication, practical problem‑solving and consistent service.

Over her time with the business, Ebony has developed a strong understanding of strata operations and provides reliable assistance to committees, owners and colleagues. She is known for her steady approach, organisational skills and willingness to assist across day‑to‑day tasks.

Outside of work, Ebony enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys visiting the coast and making the most of time outdoors.
