Now, as the Business Development Manager for Strata, he is focused on expanding and enhancing the company's strata management services. Adam works closely with property owners, developers, and strata owners' corporations, ensuring seamless integration of new developments into strata management. His comprehensive understanding of all facets of strata allows him to build long-lasting relationships and effective management structures that support the needs of strata owners.
With extensive experience in new developments, Adam has been instrumental in coordinating a large number of successful projects. His involvement spans from initial density calculations and branding to overseeing off-the-plan sales and developing marketing strategies that set new developments up for success. Adam is also a licensed agent in NSW and registered in the ACT, further supporting his ability to navigate both real estate and strata management across regions.
