Samantha plays a key role in overseeing the financial and compliance functions within the Strata Department, drawing on extensive experience developed since joining Ian McNamee & Partners in 2010. Her responsibilities include managing insurance renewals, coordinating debt recovery processes, maintaining strata records, reconciling trust accounts and preparing documentation for taxation and property transactions.

She also assists in monitoring legislative changes and regulatory requirements, helping ensure the department maintains strong compliance across the schemes we manage.

Samantha is known for her attention to detail, consistent communication and practical approach, providing reliable support to committees, owners and colleagues.
