Alison joined Ian McNamee & Partners in September 2013 and is an experienced member of the Strata Management team. She manages a diverse portfolio of strata complexes and has developed a clear understanding of the needs of committees and owners across the region.

Alison focuses on building steady, professional working relationships and providing practical, reliable support to the communities she manages. She is known for her clear communication and consistent approach to day to day strata matters.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending footy matches and taking trips to the coast for beach walks.
