Jasmine Henjak is the General Manager of Ian McNamee & Partners and brings more than two decades of experience across all areas of agency operations. Since beginning her career with the company in 2003, she has developed extensive knowledge in Sales, Property Management and Strata, giving her a broad understanding of the day‑to‑day and strategic requirements of the business.

Jasmine holds a Diploma of Agency Management and is a licensed agent in both the ACT and NSW. Her qualifications and experience support her role in overseeing compliance, operational processes and professional standards across the organisation.

As General Manager, Jasmine works closely with the leadership team and staff across all departments, focusing on strong systems, professional development and consistent service delivery. Her steady approach and industry knowledge play an important role in supporting the continued growth and direction of Ian McNamee & Partners.
