TRAINING
Ian McNamee & Partners believe in a proactive approach to the training and further education of all our team members.
Through this proactive approach to training we ensure that individual skills are constantly broadened and consistently improved. This has contributed to our ability to change with the times, continue to lead the way in local real estate and offer the highest level of professional and personal services to our clients.
Our training is based on various avenues and utilises the skills of various workplace trainers and the Real Estate Institute. Training is carried out both in-house and through our teams' attendance at seminars and workshops through the year.
The long-term retention of many of our team can be attributed to ongoing training as they consider they have a career where they are continually improving their skills and have opportunity for advancement into management.
