Ian McNamee & Partners offers a complete service to Developers by contributing advice from the outset of your concept, through to the holding of the First Annual General Meeting of the plan.

Ian McNamee & Partners helps the Developer create their vision and with early involvement, assists in this vision becoming a reality. We can offer individual brochures on each plan which contain important information on Strata or Community living.

You will receive advice from the regions leading experts in Strata, Community & Neighbourhood Association Management. Consultation in the early stages with the preparation of a Community Association Management Statement is crucial to the future success of the plan. This consultation and advice will save Developers time and money by utilising our expertise and experience.
