Ian McNamee & Partners P/L helps the developer to create their vision and with early involvement assists in this vision becoming a reality. We can offer individual brochures on each plan that contains important information on strata or community living.

You will receive advice from the regions leading experts in Strata, Community & Neighbourhood Association Management. Consultation in the early stages with the preparation of a Community Association Management Statement is crucial to in the future success of the plan. This consultation and advice will save developers time and money by utilising this expertise and experience.
