Whats Happening in the Market Place - March 2009

Well the New Year has certainly started with a flurry of enquires from fist home buyers eager to enter the market and take advantage of the first home buyers scheme. These first home buyers have eagerly been searching for home units, apartments and townhouses as well as home under the $400,000 mark.

The recent release of new townhouse developments such as Blackall Avenue and Bilara as well as apartment developments such as Kinkora are seeing most of the sales being made to first home buyers. Investors are in the market place but are being far more cautious in their commitments to purchase.

The level of properties in the market has declined from the highs of mid last year as we have entered a far more stable market than what we have had for a number of years.
