Jan Browne
Director

Jan is a licensed Strata Manager and a director of the company who has been with Ian McNamee almost 25 years. She is a member of the Institute of Strata Title Management in both NSW and Act as well as REINSW.

Jan possesses extensive experience in Community Associations and handles the more complex strata issues. As well as offering services to local developers, her portfolio includes local management along with schemes in Canberra, Queanbeyan and region.

Jan holds additional qualifications in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management).

Outside of the office, Jan is heavily involved with the Queanbeyan Basketball Association as President as well as being an accredited coach, referee and still finds time to play in the local competition watched by her 5 grandchildren.
